目的 探究2型糖尿病老年患者生活方式(身体活动、智力与社会活动参与、社会支持等)与认知功能之间的关系。方法 2020年7～12月，选取北京房山区长阳镇社区卫生服务中心内科门诊132例2型糖尿病老年患者，采用自编一般资料调查表、老年人身体活动量表(PASE)收集患者一般情况与生活方式等信息，采用即时与延迟词语回忆、数字广度、言语流畅性、数字倒数任务进行认知能力评估。使用单因素分析、多元线性回归分析方法，探究生活方式与认知功能之间的关系。结果 单因素分析结果表明，智力与社会活动参与越多、社会支持水平越高的老年T2DM患者认知能力越好(P

Objective To explore the association between life style(physical activity，participation in intellectual and social activities social support，etc.) and cognitive function in older patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From July 2020 to December 2020，132 older patients with T2DM were selected from Changyang Town Community Health Service Center of Fangshan District in Beijing. The self-made questionnaire and physical activity scale for the elderly(PASE) were used to collect the information including general data and lifestyle. The cognitive ability was evaluated by immediate and delayed word recall，digit span，verbal fluency and the calculation task of reciprocal. Univariate analysis and multivariate linear analysis were used to explore the relationship between lifestyle and cognitive function. Results Univariate analysis showed that the more participation in intellectual and social activities，the more social support，the better the cognitive ability in older patients with T2DM(P<0. OS).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that moderate and more participation in intellectual and social activities(β=0. 247 0. 432)，and more social support(β=0. 308)could positively predict overall cognitive function(P<0.05). Conclusion More participation in intellectual and social activities，and more social support are protective factors for cognitive function in older patient with T2DM.
