摘要	The aim of the current study was to explore the effect of risk attitude on commercial insurance consumption decisions, using data from the China Household Financial Survey (2017). Logistic regression analysis was used to test the relationship above-mentioned, while variables such as gender, age, education level, and total household income were controlled. Results suggest that risk choice can positively predict commercial insurance purchasing behavior, and individuals with risk preferences are more likely to purchase commercial insurance. The finding provides behavioral scientific support for improving residents' purchasing of commercial insurance.
