The development and application of any form of business or technology is ultimately to serve humanity. Therefore, in order to make the development of business and technology more effective and more in line with human needs, the study of human psychology is essential. With the development of Internet technology, the digitalization and informatization of historical research of various scientific research achievements, and the development of various data analysis technologies, we can conduct a more in-depth and quantitative analysis of human needs. The aim of the study is to use these new technologies to establish an ingroup vigilance scale and examine its reliability and validity, in order to make sure it can be used as an effective tool to measure ingroup vigilance. Based on the related literature analysis, interview results as well as online survey, the initial questionnaire was formed. Testing 582 working people from various trades, 272 samples for exploratory factor analysis and item analysis, 310 samples for confirmatory factor analysis. Perceived competition scale and relational mobility scale were used as the calibration scale to test the criterion validity. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had good construct validity (χ2/df=0.148, NFI=0.973, RFI=0.919, GFI=0.997, CFI=0.999, TLI=0.998, RMSEA=0.009). This paper shows how to establish measurement tools to test people's psychology and behavior by modern data processing technology, internet technology and digital information technology, in order to make business decisions and technological developments more effective.
