目的 探讨同性恋者内化同性恋嫌恶对焦虑的影响及拒绝敏感性起到的中介作用。方法 通过方便取样，采用同性恋嫌恶量表、拒绝敏感性量表及焦虑量表对275份样本进行有效问卷调查，考察我国同性恋者内化同性恋嫌恶及拒绝敏感性及焦虑的现状情况，并探讨内化同性恋嫌恶对焦虑的影响中拒绝敏感性是否存在中介效应。结果 (1)内化同性恋嫌恶与焦虑呈显著正相关，拒绝敏感性分别与内化同性恋嫌恶和焦虑呈显著正相关；(2)拒绝敏感性在内化同性恋嫌恶对焦虑的影响中起部分中介作用，其中总效应为0.352,中介效应为0.129,中介效应占总效应比36.65%。结论 内化同性恋嫌恶显著正向影响焦虑，同时拒绝敏感性起到部分中介作用。

Objective To explore the influence of homosexual internalized homophobia on anxiety and the mediating role of rejection sensitivity． Methods Through convenient sampling，275 samples were studied by using the homophobia scale，rejection sensitivity scale and anxiety scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on to investigate the present situation of internalized homophobia， rejection sensitivity and anxiety among homosexuals in China，and explore whether there is a mediating effect of rejection sensitivity in the influence of internalized homophobia on anxiety． Results ①Internalized homophobia is significantly positively correlated with anxiety，and rejection sensitivity is significantly positively correlated with internalized homophobia and anxiety respectively． ②Ｒejection sensitivity plays a mediating part in the influence of internalized homophobia on anxiety，and the total effect is 0. 352，the mediating effect is 0. 129，and the mediating effect accounts for 36. 65% of the total effect． Conclusions Internalizing homophobia has a significantly positive affect on anxiety，while rejection sensitivity plays a partly mediating role．
