其他摘要 | Creativity is the core driving force of individual development, economic growth and social progress in human society. The development of creativity is the result of mutual influence and interaction between individual factors (micro-system) and different levels of environmental factors (internal system, external system and macro-system). Existing studies have found that in micro-system individual mindfulness significantly positively predicts individual creativity, but the relationship and mechanism between adolescent mindfulness and adolescent creativity are still inconclusive. At the level of internal system, some studies have found that authoritative parenting contributes to the development of children's creativity, but it is not clear whether parents' mindfulness or mindful parenting can promote the development of teenagers' creativity. In addition, at present, the research on the relationship between mindfulness and creativity or the relationship between parenting style and creativity is mostly single factor or two factor analysis, and there is little research on the relationship and contribution of each factor to the development of teenagers' creativity from a macro perspective, taking the family ecosystem as a unit.
In view of above reasearch, this study will explore the intergenerational influence of mindfulness and creativity in family ecosystem, the contribution of parental creativity, parental mindfulness, mindful parenting and adolescent mindfulness to adolescent creativity, and the mechanism between mindful parenting, dolescent mindfulness and adolescent creativity.
This paper is divided into three studies. The first study is a preliminary exploration of the family ecosystem. Through 472 effective paired samples of parents and teens, it explores the influence of parents' mindfulness, mindful parenting and creativity on teenagers' mindfulness and creativity in the family ecosystem. Meanwhile, factors such as parents' educational background, income, family structure, teenagers' gender and family ranking are included in regression analysis, and the contribution of each variable to teenagers' creativity is defined. It was found that parents' mindfulness level and mindful parenting level significantly positively predicted adolescents' mindfulness level, and parents' creativity level significantly positively predicted adolescents' creativity level. It is found that the better the observation, description and non-involvement dimensions of parental mindfulness and adolescent mindfulness are, the higher the creativity level of adolescents is. At the same time, it is also found that parents' mindfulness level, mindful parenting level and teenagers' mindfulness level can significantly and positively predict teenagers' creativity. And in the family ecosystem, the four factors that contribute the most to the creativity level of teenagers are: parental creativity, adolescent mindfulness, mindful parenting and parents' mindfulness.
Based on the results of the first study, the second study of explores the relationship and mechnisim of the parent subsystem and the third study explores the relationship and mechnisim the child subsystem.
In the second study, 1,346 effective paired samples of parents and teens were used to explore the relationship and mechanism between parental mindful parenting level and teenagers' creativity level in parent subsystem. It is found that the total score and sub-dimension of parental mindful parenting were significantly positively correlated with the total score and sub-dimension of teenagers' creativity, and were significantly positively correlated with father-child and mother-mother relationships. Father-child and mother-child relationships are positively correlated with teenagers' creativity. Through the regression equation, it is found that father-child and mother-child relationships play parallel intermediary role between parental mindful parenting and teenagers' creativity.
In the third study, taking teenagers as self-organizations gradually differentiated in the family ecosystem, 817 valid samples were used to explore the differences between the perceived mindful parenting level and teenagers' mindfulness level on teenagers' creativity, self-esteem, academic performance and negative emotions. The results showed that mindful parenting perceived by teenagers significantly positively predicted creativity and self-esteem, but it had no significant relationship with academic performance, stress, anxiety and depression. Adolescents' mindfulness can positively predict their creativity, academic achievement and self-esteem, and negatively predict their stress, anxiety and depression. Through regression analysis, it is found that adolescent mindfulness can directly and positively predict adolescent creativity, and it can also significantly and positively predict adolescent creativity through the intermediary of academic achievement and self-esteem.
Based on the ecosystem model theory of creativity development and family ecosystem theory, this study explores the contribution of various factors in family ecosystem to teenagers' creativity from a macroscopic perspective, and explores the mechanism of the main variables with adolescents' creativity. The results show that mindfulness and creativity have significant intergenerational influence in the family ecosystem, and parents' mindfulness, mindful parenting and teenagers' mindfulness all contribute to the development of teenagers' creativity. |
