Nowadays, health no longer only refers to individual physical health, and mental health assessment is gradually included in the scope of medical examination. In order to ensure the development of adolescents' mental health and explore the important role of resilience in their growth, 353 primary school students and their parents were investigated by using the Stressor Scale, the Adolescent Resilience Scale and the Child Behavior Scale. Spss and Amos were used for data analysis to explore the possible mediating role of resilience in the process of stressors affecting adolescent behavior problems. The results show that the resilience of adolescents has an important impact on their mental health development, and the stressors, psychological resilience and behavioral problems are significantly correlated. When stressors perform a direct and negative prediction of adolescent behavioral problems, they can also indirectly increase the possibility of behavior problems by reducing individual psychological resilience.
