摘要

As follower and followership become the frontier research topic of contemporary management. This study is based on the Kelley’s followership style and social exchange theory, introduced organizational commitment as a mediator and the power distance as a moderator, to explore the relationship between followership style and organizational citizenship behavior. Online survey 597 employees, after statistical analysis the conclusion is as following: conformist followers perform less organizational citizenship behavior than exemplary followers, more organizational citizenship behavior than pragmatist followers. Organizational commitment plays the role of the moderating effect, and power distance as moderating effect between followership style and organizational citizenship behavior.
