本研究探索了管理心理学专家系统开发工具（ESBT－MP）研制的原理与方法。提出了管理心理学领域结构不良问题新的研究模式，并运用“ESBT－MP”生成的管理心理学领域的专家系统加以验证。运用“ESBT－MP”生成了“LPC领导策评专家系统”、“MMPI多相人格测查专家系统”、“卡特尔16种个性测查专家系统”和其它专家系统。这些专家系统的应用效果，初步验证了“ESBT－MP”在管理心理学领域的适用性，在心理学其它领域的通用性，在其它相关学科中应用的可行性。

1.本研究探索了管理心理学专家系统开发工具研制的原理与方法，开发出“ESBT-

MP (The Expert System Building Tool for Managerial Psychology)"的原型。

2.开发“ESBT-MP” 的目的是:

(1) 要解决一些计算机在管理心理学领域中应用遇到的问题。

遇到的主要问题有:

(A)在管理心理学研究中应用计算机的实际经验表明，要编制某些高质量的、复杂的适用于管理心理学研究的程序，对于精通计算机语言但不熟悉管理心理学专业的计算机软件开发专家和熟悉管理心理学但不精通计算机的管理心理学专家来说，都是很难做到的。

(B)传统的管理心理学计算机软件是用过程性语言编的，很难处理人类专家的知识和经验。

针对这些问题，徐联仓教授提出了开发“ESBT-MP”的建议。

开发出“ESBT-MP"，相当于有了管理心理学领域专家系统软件的自动编程软件包，使得管理心理学专家在开发本领域的专家系统软件时，不用学习计算机的软、硬件知识，就可自己独立、快速、方便地开发出高质量的、复杂的、可运用自己的知识和经验解决问题的专家系统软件，基本上使管理心理学专家摆脱了计算机编程方面的困扰。

(2)"ESBT-MP”是用PROLOG这种描述性语言开发的，生成的专家系统可很方便、自然地获取专家知识和经验，并运用这些专家知识和经验解决通常难以解决的问题，对广泛和深入地应用管理心理学研究成果具有巨大的促进作用。

(3)专家系统开发工具的研制是当前国际上各学科的前沿科研领域，谁抢先占领了这个领域，就意味着谁的科研水平又上升了一个新的高度。在管理心理学领域也是同样。研制出“ESBT-MP",不仅填补了我国在管理心理学领域中应用专家系统技术解决问题的这一空白，使我们在这方面的科研水平居于国内领先地位，而且，据我们了解，该项研究在国际管理心理学领域也没有先例。

(3)专家系统开发工具的研制是当前国际上各学科的前沿科研领域，谁抢先占领了这个领域，就意味着谁的科研水平又上升了一个新的高度。在管理心理学领域也是同样。研制出“ESBT-MP",不仅填补了我国在管理心理学领域中应用专家系统技术解决问题的这一空白，使我们在这方面的科研水平居于国内领先地位，而且，据我们了解，该项研究在国际管理心理学领域

也没有先例。

3.本文提出了管理心理学领域结构不良问题新的研究模式，并运用“ESBT -MP”生成的管理心理学领域的专家系统加以验证。

4 . "ESBT-MP”是领域特定工具。"ESBT-MP”具备以下功能:(l)、通过“ESBT-MP”的“智能编辑器”，愉入、删除测试工具、常模、计分表、测试分数、专家知识等，(2)具备了测试、测试数据的统计处理等功能，(3)、通过”ESBT-MP”的“知识库”、“推理机”，运用专家知识分析和解释测试数据，并提出建议，等等。

5.运用“ESBT-MP”生成了“LPC领导测评专家系统”、"MMPI多相人格测查专家系统”，“卡特尔16种个性测查专家系统”和其它专家系统。这些专家系统的应用效果，初步验证了“ESBT-MP”在管理心理学领域的适用性，在心理学其它领域的通用性，在其它相关学科中应用的可行性。

1.We have explored the principle and methods to develop the expert system building tool for managerial psychology and made the prototype of ”ESBT--MP”(The Expert System Building Tool for Managerial Psychology) in this research.

2 .The aims to develop "ESBT一MP” are:

(1).To solve some problems about computer’s applying in the domain of managerial psychology. The poblems are:

(A).It is difficult that the experts of managerial psychology who do not know computers well and the experts of computer who do not know managerial psychology well to develop the complicated soft wares that can apply in the domain of managerial psychology。

(B). It is difficult to apply the traditional soft wares that were developed by the process language to handle the knowledge of experts.

To solve the problems，professor Lian-cang Xu puts forword the proposal to develop "ESBT-MP”.

with "ESBT一MP”，the experts of managerial psychology can develop expert systems on their' s own quickly and conveniently without the knowledge how to develop software。

(2)."ESBT-MP" is developed by the state language--PROLOG, the expert systems that are developed with "ESBT-MP“ can acquire the knowledge of the experts conveniently and naturally， and to use the knowledge to solve many complicated problems in the domain of managerial psychology.

(3). To develop expert system building fools- is the forword position of science reseach in a lot of disciplines in the world. To develop "ESBT-MP “fills in the gaps in the field of using the techonology of expert systems to solve problems in the domain of managerial psychology in China，and occupies the advanced place in the feild in China. Accprding to our invesligation, there is no precedent to do the reseach in world.

3.This research puts forword a new research mode to solve ill-structure probetoms in the domain of managerial psychology，and uses the expert systems that are developed with” ESBT一MP“to test and verify the new mode.

4."ESBT一MP” is the category of domain specifie tools，There are

toots .There are these functions in "ESBT一MP”: (1). Test tools, norm models scorelabLes, test data and expert's knowledge can be input, and delete with ”Intelligential Editor" of "ESBT-MP" ;(2).To test with test tools and process the test data; (3).To use the expert’s knowledge to analyse and explain test data and put forword proposals with the "-Knowledge Base” and” Inference Engine" of "ESBT一MP”，and so on.

5 .We have developed” LPC expert system”，“16PF expert system” "MMPI. expert system” and other expert systems with "ESBT一MP”. These expert system’ s application effects have tested and verified” ESBT-MP”’s applicability in managerial psychology ，"ESBT一MP's generality in other domains of psychology and "ESBT一MP”’s feasibility in other interrelated disciplines initially.
