摘要Safety is the core value in the organizational culture of high risk organization(HRO), and safety culture refers to the aggregation of values, norms, and attitudes shared by all employees of HRO. In order to find out how things worked or occurred, participant observation of 103 days was executed in a petrochemical plant. The perceived organizational phenomena and interviews of the actors were recorded in texts. Three experts in organization behavior coded the behaviors based on the texts. Four categories of behaviors were determined: valued interpersonal relationship, meaning of work, opinion of human nature, pursuit of reality and truth.
