摘要	Pecking behavior is used to measure psychomotor stimulant effect of addictive drugs in present study. Each day after chicks were interperitoneally injected 0.5,1.0,2.0 mg•kg-1•morphine for one hour, number of pecking was counted for two minutes with a blue bead. After four days, a two-minute-test recorded the number of pecking in drug-free state using blue and red bead respectively. The result revealed that 0.5 mg•kg-1 morphine group exhibited significant more number of pecking compared with control group during the fourth day and test, indicating morphine induced pecking behavioral sensitization and conditioned pecking behavioral sensitization.
