摘要	To study comparatively the variations of different groups levels of the total scores and factors of SCL-90. A random stratified sample of 4 745 employees in a group corporate was evaluated by SCL-90 scale. ANOVA and multiple comparisons were conducted on the score of total and each factor of SCL-90 according to groups of gender, occupation, education level, age, and marriage status. Groups of woman, unemployment, teacher, medium education level, younger, widow/divorce/single scored higher on total and factors of SCL-90. Sample’s means of 6 out of 9 factors were significantly higher than 1986’s national norm in China.
