摘要	The investigation focused on the employees’ stress and their mood states in state-owned enterprise in China. A random stratified sample of 4745 employees from a state-owned enterprise accomplished a self-developed Social Stressor Questionnaire and the Brief Profile of Mood States. ANOVA and correlation analysis were conducted. Administrators' total score of stress was obviously higher than general employees and laid-offs. Employees of different position had different scores in every dimension of mood states. Total score of stress was correlated significantly with total mood disturbance.
