摘要 | This study explored the role of leadership behavior in moderating the relationship between economic performance and well-being. 1467 respondents from 33 stations out of 165 in a national-wide transportation firm accomplished Misumi’s PM Survey, Social Stressor Questionnaire, SCL-90 and GHQ. The level of stress was declined significantly from P, pm, M and PM; As for SCL-90, PM was significantly lower than that of pm. Mental health level of PM was significantly higher than those of P, pm, and M. Multiple regression analysis suggested that the level of total stress of a station made a significant contribution on economic performance. |
