摘要	Aim: Exploring mental health of the elderly with MCI. Methods: 23 MCI subjects and 71 aged control were tested with Mental Health Inventory for Chinese Elderly, MMSE, ADL, GDS, and CMS. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups on either total or subscale scores. Conclusion: The impaired cognitive abilities do not influence the MCI subjects' mental health. This indicates that the elderly might not realize their cognitive impairments, and the impaired cognitive abilities has no significant effect on their daily life and mental healthy, at least at the early stage of cognitive decreasing.
