摘要 | Based on social exchange theory, this paper explores the driving mechanism of organizational justice on job crafting and the roles of psychological ownership and organizational trust played in their relationship. Based on the valid sample data of 316 knowledge workers, using the structural equation model and bootstrap method to test the sample data, this paper finds that organizational justice has a significant positive impact on knowledge workers' job crafting; Furthermore, psychological ownership and organizational trust plays a chain mediating role between them. Moreover, the mediating effect of psychological ownership is higher than organizational trust. |
