其他摘要 | Mobile phone addiction has become a new trend of Internet addiction. With the new functions of intelligent mobile phone quick emergence and popularization, there were more and more "mobile phone groups", "bow groups", and "electronic servants" among adolescent students. While meeting the needs of communication, the mobile phone also brought many physical and psychological problems, such as: physiological disease, affecting the rest and sleep, learning efficiency at class, economic pressure, communication barriers, personality disorder, lower understanding ability and language attrition. The influence factors of mobile phone among adolescent students were not only the personality characteristics of depression, anxiety, loneliness, alienation of personality, but also closely related with the social supports ,attachment status and psychological flexibility. This study tried to analyze the mobile phone addiction from social support, attachment status and psychological flexibility, to provide a theoretical study on mobile phone addiction, and further to provide certain theory basis for the prevention and intervention of mobile phone addiction among adolescent students.This research made a study on the vocational school students’ mobile phone addiction tendency through questionnaires. The Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Questionnaire (MPATS), the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) ,experiences in Close Relationships Inventory (ECR), the Chinese version of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire – 2nd Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ)and the Chinese Version of Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire were used to discuss the relationship of the social supports, attachment status, psychological flexibility and the mobile phone addiction among adolescent students. Subjects are 789 adolescent students from two vocational colleges in Shandong Province ,the average age of whom is 18.0±1.8 years.The main results of this study are as follows:1. The score of mobile phone addiction tendency showed that34.22% vocational school students are with higher mobile phone addiction tendency, which stated the mobile phone addiction behaviors are prevalent among adolescent students.2. There are no significant differences of vocational school students’ mobile phone tendency on genders, native places and child status, which stated the mobile phone addiction, is a common phenomenon among adolescent students. The score of medium vocational students’ mobile phone addiction tendency is significant higher than that of higher vocational students. The longer mobile phones are used in a day, the heavier the mobile phone addiction tendency is.3. There were significant differences with mobile phone addiction tendency among vocational school students. The mobile phone addiction tendency of the secure attachment and the dismissing attachment types are significantly lower than that of the fearful attachment and the preoccupied attachment types. The students of the fearful attachment and the preoccupied attachment types usually with higher anxiety are much easier to be addicted on mobile phone use. 4. There were significant differences among different groups of social supports. The lower the social support score is, the heavier the mobile phone addiction tendency is.5. There was significant positive correlation between the attachment anxiety,experiential avoidance , cognitive fusion and mobile phone addiction tendency, and there was significant negative correlation between the mobile phone addiction tendency and the social support factors. There was significant partial correlation between the cognitive defusion and the mobile phone addiction under the control of the factors of experiential avoidance and cognitive fusion. The attachment anxiety,experiential avoidance , cognitive fusion and cognitive defusion are the significant predictors of the mobile phone addiction tendency.6. The social support has direct influence on the mobile phone addiction tendency; at the same time, the experiential avoidance, cognitive fusion and cognitive defusion could partially mediate the relationship between social support and the mobile phone addiction.Conclusion: The mobile phone addiction is prevalent among vocational school students; There are close relationship among social support, attachment, psychological flexibility and the mobile phone addiction tendency. Attachment anxiety,experiential avoidance , cognitive fusion and cognitive defusion are the significant predictors of the mobile phone addiction tendency; The social support has direct influence on the mobile phone addiction; At the same time, the experiential avoidance, cognitive fusion and cognitive defusion could partially mediate the relationship between social support and the mobile phone addiction tendency. |
