Objective： To explore emotion regulation style and emotion expression style of juvenile delinquents. Methods： 191 students in a middle school in Beijing and 174 juvenile delinquents were assessed with Aggression Questionnaire, Emotion Regulation scale and Emotion Expression Scale. Results： Emotion Regulation scale and Emotion Expression Scale both had good construct validity and reliability （α coefficient from 0.66 to 0.82）, Compared with students, juvenile delinquents tended to use more reappraisal（B=0.59,P〈0.001 ）, less suppression（B=-0.50,P〈0.01）,less positive expression（B=0.71 ,P〈0.001）. The interaction of reappraisal （F（1,341）=6.07,P=0.009）and suppression （F（1,341）=8.21 ,P=0.004）was significant, regardless of what gender and whether or not be delinquents and was edge significant on negative emotion expression （F（1,341）=3.33,P=0.07）. Conclusion： The relationship between emotion regulation style and emotion expression style is closely related with and the juvenile＇s crime.
