Abstract目的:探讨中学校长职业倦怠与自我和谐的关系。方法:采用卢家楣根据Maslach职业倦怠问卷(MBI)改编的教师职业倦怠问卷和王登峰的自我和谐量表(SCCS)对198名中学校长进行测评。结果:①当前中学校长的职业倦怠程度较低,总分为5.82±0.93; 自我和谐程度较高,总分为69.69±8.06。②不同性别、不同学校层次校长在部分职业倦怠、自我和谐分量表上差异显著(P<0.05~0.01)。③中学校长的职业倦怠与自我和谐诸因子(刻板性除外)有显著的正相关(P<0.01)。④自我和谐的不灵活、不和谐两因子对职业倦怠有显著正向预测作用,解释变异22.5%。结论:中学校长的职业倦怠与自我和谐密切相关; 自我越不灵活、自我与经验越不和谐,职业倦怠程度越高。
