其他摘要 | China has a long history of civilization. Su Shi was a well-known historical and cultural celebrity in China. Exploring Su Shi’s psychological characteristics and exploring the relationship between his psychology and social history can deepen the understanding of Su Shi’s historical contributions. The Wutai Poetry Case(hereinafter referred to as WPC) was a turning point in Su Shi’s life, and it was also a very important historical event. In the past, there have been studies and analysis of the influence of the WPC on Su Shi’s political attitude, creative style, character and thought, etc. The methods are mostly to extract chapters and sentences from his poems and infer the Su Shi’s changes, but the interpretation of the works is inevitably falling into subjectivization ,it’s easy to put Su Shi into the stereotype. Using psychological research methods, quantifying Su Shi’s psychological characteristics under WPC setbacks, using more objective data combined with historical records, interpreting his deep psychological level, and presenting a stereoscopic Su Shi are the main problems to be solved in this paper. With the advent of the era of big data, psychology research methods have also been enriched. The Computational CyberPsychology Lab of the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences constructed the CC-LIWC for ancient Chinese text analysis based on the simplified Chinese version of SC-LIWC, which overcomes many difficulties in classical Chinese word segmentation and polysemy. After the validity test, CC-LIWC has the effectiveness of psycho-semantic analysis of classical Chinese texts. This paper uses CC-LIWC to analyze the verbal text of the classical Chinese works in “Su Shi Collection”, and digitally presents Su Shi’s psycho-semantic changes. According to historical records, Su Shi’s life is divided into four stages, and the WPC is an important node. Dating the works in ”Su Shi Collection” belongs to the corresponding stage. For different research purposes, using classical Chinese works of different stages as samples, running CC-LIWC to calculate word frequency, and then statistically analyzing the word frequency data to quantify the psychological meaning of the statistical results. In study one, the two groups of samples before and after the WPC were counted on word frequency, and the word frequencies of 13 categories were found to have significant differences through non-parametric tests. Compared with the data before the WPC, Su Shi’s psychological and semantic characteristics after the WPC showed the wisdom of Buddhism such as being free of foreign objects, paying attention to the present, and leaving troubles, which proves that Su Shi was more advocating Buddhism during the relegation to Huangzhou. In the second study, representative keywords of Confucianism, Buddhism, andTaoism were selected, and the word frequency of the keywords in the samples of Su Shi’s four life stages was calculated and analyzed over time. The results showed that the Buddhist keywords showed an overall upward trend, the Taoist keywords had a low frequency level, and the Confucian keyword frequency showed a clear trough during the two relegation periods. The two reign periods formed a peak, and the overall level was higher than that of the Buddhist and Taoist keywords.Study 3 focuses on the changes in the psychological semantics of Su Shi’s personal concern words during the two periods of reign before and after the WPC. The results of the frequency statistics of the six sub-categories of personal concern words show that there are significant differences of work words, entertainment words, money wordsand death words. Among them, the frequency of work words increased significantly(p<0.05) during the reign periods after the WPC, and the frequency of entertainment words decreased (p<0.05), which is consistent with historical records after Su Shi’s recovery. Consistent with the working status.Study 4 used the Big Five personality prediction model trained by Xing Fugui and others from the Computational CyberPsychology Lab of the Institute of Psychology,Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on CC-LIWC word frequency data and transfer learning methods, and substituted two sets of word frequency data before and after the WPC into the model. Obtain two sets of Big Five personality prediction scores. The results show that the conscientiousness score has been greatly improved after the WPC,and presents a very high level; the openness characteristic is at a high level before and after the WPC; the difference of agreeableness before and after the WPC is not big. This prediction result is more consistent with Su Shi’s public image, and the changes after the WPC can reflect Su Shi's devotion to work during his second time in reign.Four studies, CC-LIWC word frequency measurement combined with statistical methods, provide a quantifiable, retrospective, and verifiable data result, proving that Su Shi’s ambitions in his native land emotion and religious pursuit tend to vary from time to time. The data results of the personality prediction model intuitively demonstrate Su Shi’s personality traits, and also confirm the consistent good impression that Su Shi left on future generations. |
