其他摘要 | In recent years, according to the World Health Organization, the global prevalence of autism spectrum disorders in children is on the rise. The impact of autism spectrum disorders is far-reaching, which will seriously interfere with children 's learning, interpersonal communication and future career and life. In 2009, Baron-Cohen proposed the ’empathy-systematization ’theory based on the two core characteristics of autism spectrum disorder, namely, socialization characteristics (social and communication disorders) and non-social characteristics (repeated stereotypes, narrow interests). The theory holds that it uses empathy below the average level to explain the social characteristics of autism spectrum disorder, and uses a systematic explanation of the average level or even higher than the average level to explain the non-social characteristics of autism spectrum disorder. Baron-Cohen et al. also developed the’ Empathy-Systematization’ Measure Tool for Autism Spectrum Disorders, the’ Empathy Quotient Scale’ and’ Systematization Quotient Scale’,as well as the’ Autism Spectrum Quotient Scale. ’These scales, which have been extensively studied among ordinary people, are convincing and have been revised for use in several countries. This study is based on these three scales. Based on the ”China Children 's Development Program 2021-2030”issued by the State Council in 2021,a child health-related service system covering urban and rural areas will be established nationwide to promote early screening and early treatment of diseases affecting children 's health. In order to help children with autism spectrum disorders to achieve early screening in order to reduce the negative impact of autism as soon as possible, this study selected Guangxi region as a pilot, the use of compassion quotient, systematic quotient and autism spectrum quotient scale of children in Guangxi region of autism spectrum characteristics and associated characteristics of screening research, for children in Guangxi region of autism spectrum disorders early screening and early prevention lay the foundation. This study is divided into two sub-studies. The main purpose of study 1 is to revise the children's empathy quotient scale and systematic quotient scale developed by Auyeung et al. (2009) according to the sample of children aged 3一12 years in Guangxi, and to evaluate the development and changes of children 's empathy quotient and systematic quotient with age in Guangxi based on the revised tool, so as to provide an effective tool for early screening of children with autism spectrum disorders and provide a reference for intervention. The main purpose of study 2 is to construct a multivariate model to evaluate the predictive factors that have an important impact on children 's autism screening by taking children 's autism spectrum quotient, children 's empathy quotient and children 's systematic quotient as psychological measurement indicators, children 's gender and age as physiological indicators and considering family environmental factors. At the same time, the predictive effect of the empathy quotient and systematic quotient scale of study 1 is compared with the predictive effect of the autism spectrum quotient scale, so as to provide scientific reference for the selection of screening tools and the healthy development of children in the region.
Research methods, first test whether the psychological measurement characteristics of children 's empathy quotient scale and children 's systematic quotient scale are suitable for evaluating children's empathy quotient and systematic quotient in Guangxi, and explore the development law of children 's empathy quotient and systematic quotient with age in this area. Secondly, a regression model was constructed based on multiple predictors such as children's empathy quotient, systematic quotient, and autism spectrum quotient to detect important influencing factors affecting the development of children 's autism spectrum disorders, and to evaluate the predictive effect of empathy quotient and systematic quotient scale and autism spectrum quotient scale.
The results of the study constructed a three-dimensional children's empathy model with good reliability and validity (including:’ cognitive empathy’,’emotional empathy ,,’social skills’)and a four-dimensional children 's systematic model (including:’ structural preference’,’detail attention preference’,’rule preference’,’technical sensitivity’).The key interval of development period of children’s empathy quotient and the changing trend of children’s systematic quotient with age were found. The multiple evaluation model, which is constructed by taking children 's autism spectrum quotient, children 's empathy quotient and children 's systematic quotient as psychological measurement indicators, children 's gender and age as physiological indicators and family environmental factors, has a good predictive effect on the prediction of children 's autism tendency, and obtains the comparative analysis results of the predictive effect of children's empathy quotient and systematic quotient to autism and the predictive effect of children 's autism spectrum quotient.
Conclusion: The three-dimensional children 's empathy model and the four-dimensional children 's systematic model can well evaluate the compassion quotient and systematic quotient of children aged 3一12 in Guangxi. Through age development analysis, the key development intervals of children 's empathy quotient in the region were found. The constructed multiple regression prediction model has a certain predictive effect. Among them, the multiple predictors of’ AQ total score’,’main companions of children 's daily life learning’,’EQ total score’,and’ father 's occupation type’ have different degrees of influence on the prediction of children 's autism, and the predictive effect of children's autism spectrum quotient is better than that of children 's empathy quotient and systematic quotient. |
