With the development of the information society and the advancement of technology, smartphones have gradually become a necessity in the campus life of young people. Currently, the youth group occupies an important position among the population using smartphones. The iterative updates of smartphones not only bring convenience to students' learning and life, but also lead to some teenagers becoming addicted to them due to their unreasonable use, affecting their physical and mental health. Nowadays, the use of problematic mobile phones among teenagers has become a hot issue in college student management and mental health work.
