其他摘要 | Excessive pursuit of perfection can have a negative impact on people's mental health and interpersonal relationships. Research shows that there is a widespread perfectionism tendency among secondary vocational college students about their major, image and popularity on campus, which often leads to mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. In recent years, the proportion of students suffering from depression and suicide in vocational schools has been on the rise. As an early warning signal of suicide prevention, suicide attitude has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad. Suicide attitude refers to a persistent and consistent tendency of individuals to suicidal behaviors and suicidal people. Personality characteristics are the main factors in its formation, and perfectionism is the main component of the formation of personality system. In addition to leading to the formation of suicidal attitudes, perfectionism sets too high or unreasonable goals for individuals to avoid failure, often with worry as the drive, but also lead to depression, anxiety, anorexia nervosa bulimia, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other mental illnesses. In addition, there is a widespread presence of male and female students in the school, abortion, homosexuality and so on are common, but also bring AIDS infection rate in the secondary vocational college students increased year by year. As a special group, the perfectionism of secondary vocational students has a certain relationship with their mental health and interpersonal relationship. Their perfectionism had an impact on their mental health and the quality of their relationships. Previous studies mostly focused on adult perfectionism, but less on the relationship between perfectionism and other variables in this study, and less on the perfectionism tendency of secondary vocational students, especially vocational skilled students and teenagers with physical and artistic talents. The purpose of this study is to make new exploration on the basis of previous research gaps and guide the future education and intervention guidance according to the research results, so as to maintain the psychological health of secondary vocational students and cultivate healthy and beneficial interpersonal communication styles of secondary vocational students. At present, a new focus of educational intervention and guidance for secondary vocational students is to stimulate them to participate in sports and sports and entertainment activities as much as possible. How to stimulate the motivation and psychological needs of students to exercise and meet their basic psychological needs such as sense of autonomy, sense of competence and sense of belonging, so that educators can provide more reasonable arrangements for appropriate sports and recreational activities, so as to improve their mental health and interpersonal communication and overcome the negative tendency of perfectionism, has become the focus of research. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that can motivate secondary vocational students to put down their mobile phones and go out and exercise, which can help them overcome perfectionism and improve their mental health and interpersonal relationships. In this study, based on the self-determination theory, psychological needs can be well measured at the same time the basic psychological needs of the subjects in sports and art activities, which is conducive to finding the factors that promote secondary vocational students to take more extracurricular sports and participate in amateur sports, art and entertainment activities.
In this study,509 students(many are track players and sports students)from 11 classes in 3 majors in 2 non-graduation grades of a secondary vocational school were surveyed by questionnaires distributed on the questionnaire star network and collected on the campus platform, and 506 valid questionnaires were recovered. Among the samples, there were 364 males (71.94%) and 142 females (28.06%).There are 501 people under the age of 18,accounting for 99.01%; There are 5 people aged 19- 25,accounting for 0.99%.The questionnaire was mature. The preface and instruction of the questionnaire are concise and clear, and the contents of the questions are objective and uniform. The sample of subjects answered in a completely anonymous and confidential form. In this study, the Chinese version of Frost Multidimensional Beauty Scale, Mental Health Scale (MSSMHS), interpersonal relationship scale, psychological needs scale and sports motivation scale were used.IBMSPSS23.0,Amos24.0 software and Process plug-in were used for data analysis, statistics and testing. The main test methods involved in this study include common method deviation test, correlation analysis method, descriptive statistical test method. In addition, it also involves validation methods around factor analysis and testing methods of hypothesis model effect and mediating effect. This study is committed to finding the right balance point and using perfectionism to have a positive impact on the mental health and interpersonal relationships of secondary vocational students under the right circumstances, and theoretically enriching the investigation and research on perfectionism, so as to provide empirical evidence for understanding how perfectionism affects the mental health and interpersonal relationships of secondary vocational students. The results found that: vacational school students, perfectionism is negatively correlated with their psychological health dimensions (organization, personal standards, etc.); vacational school students' perfectionism is negatively correlated with their interpersonal relationships; psychological needs mediate vacational school students' perfectionism and their psychological health; psychological needs play a mediating role between perfectionism and interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational students. Exercise motivation plays a moderating role in the effects of vacational school students' perfectionism and their interpersonal relationships. This study is committed to finding the right balance point and using perfectionism to have a positive impact on the mental health and interpersonal relationships of secondary vocational students under the right circumstances, and theoretically enriching the investigation and research on perfectionism, so as to provide empirical evidence for understanding how perfectionism affects the mental health and interpersonal relationships of secondary vocational students.
This study focuses on the mechanism of the influence of perfectionism on mental health and interpersonal relationship of vacational school students, which is important for the prevention and intervention of the mental health of vacational school students, and the promotion of good interpersonal relationship in vocational colleges and universities in the future; the study on the moderating role of exercise motivation in the influence of perfectionism on the mental health and interpersonal relationship of vacational school students, gives a new opportunity to rationally arrange exercise courses and after-school exercise programs for the vocational school student group. courses and after-school sports programs a new starting point; vocational colleges and universities can make use of the role of the three factors of psychological needs on mental health and interpersonal relationships, rationalize the arrangement of sports courses and extracurricular sports activities, and enhance the basic psychological needs of students such as a sense of autonomy, competence, and a sense of belonging perspectives of the students themselves, the tasks of the sports, the teachers in charge, and their peers, so that the students' physical health is healthier and stronger at the same time mental health can also be better developed, gaining both psychological and physical benefits. Make students healthier and stronger, realize the double standard of students' physical and mental health and soundness, and make students obtain both psychological and physiological harvests; At the same time, it helps the secondary vocational students to form a more harmonious and beautiful interpersonal relationship and establish a happier campus life. |
