Objective： To explore whether graduates＇ self-perceived acceptance is affected by their attachment rela- tionship, general trust, and understanding of world just, and analyze the possible sex differences. Methods： Acceptability to others, Just World Scale, General Trust Scale and Experience in Close Relationships Inventory were administrated to 286 graduates of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Results： Men graduates＇ perceived acceptance（3.52±0.45） was signifi- cantly lower than women graduates＇（3.68±0.68, t（273）=-2.85, P=0.005）. Mothers education level could predicate men gradu- ates＇ self perception （β=0.22, P=0.006）, while fathers education level could predicate women graduates＇ perception （β= 0.16, P=-0.04）. Trust and attachment avoidance could only significantly affect men graduates＇ perception（β=0.28, P〈0.001; β=-0.19, P=0.004）,but not women graduates＇（β=0.10,P=-0.22;β= -0.06, P=0.42）. Conclusion： The prediction model of acceptance works differently on men and women. Parents education can influence both men and women graduates＇ self- perception of acceptance; while attachment, world just and trust can only significantly predict men＇s self perception. Women＇s model is simpler, and women＇s perception can be well predicated by world just and attachment.
